We are offering a 10-year installation warranty of granite countertop from the installation date.This warranty is transferable to future owners of your home. Also, warranty covers seam cracking, polished edge fading; sink falling off; laminated edge cracking or falling off; back splash falling off; any defects cased prior to fabrication, transportation and installation like wrong cutting the slab, breaking the slab, accident to prior of transportation to job site.
GGC shall not be liable in case of: -Surface staining or etching by leaving acidic or aggressive chemicals in contact with the material for excessive periods of time
-Surface chipping and scratching caused by negligence and abuse
-House settling or foundation movement due to any cause
-Cabinet movement due to any cause
-Excessive loading or standing on the countertop
-Damage by fire or any natural disaster
-Failure by the customer to exercise reasonable care in using the product
-Cracking or shrinking of flexible caulks due to age or thermal movement of the home.
Stainless Still Sink
Limited lifetime warranty
This warranty applies only to the original owner. We will replace, without charge any stainless steel sink supplied by Gobi Granite & Construction LLC (GGC) that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement, within the specified appropriate period from date of purchase, to the original owner, provided it has been used solely in a residential application and installed in accordance with the GGC installation instructions. Used and clean as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence.
GGC shall not be liable in case of:
-Improper installation/modification
-Damage resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
-Improper care or maintenance
-Scuffs or scratches
-Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographs solutions, etc.
-Any modifications made to the product after it left Unimex premises
-Commercial application
-This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
Porcelain sink
