We seal once right after installation is complete and you need to seal at least one in six months to keep your countertop well protected.
Do you have warranty?
We do have Lifetime Limited Warranty on our supplied sinks and 10 Years installation warranty on all countertops. Plus Quartz slabs come from manufacture with 10-15 Years material warranty.
What is your payment policy?
Because in countertop project the most expenses goes to slab cost, we collect at least 50% deposit at the time template and rest of them after completion the job.
Can granite crack or break?
No, not with regular use. Granite is susceptible to crack during shipping and installation. Once installed, normal use will not overstress this durable material.
Does your company licensed and insured?
Yes, we licensed and insured. Our liability insurance covers $1million, bond $12,000.00 and we registered as General Contractor with License # COBICCL910OP at the State of Washington Department of Labor& Industry.
